By filling in the following form you can both check whether every product is arrived in perfect condition and give our company a feedback on any issues experienced.

All boxes marked means the acceptance of the delivered products. Not filling the form in within 3 working days counts as a waiver of the rights elaborated in Terms of Refund and Return.
